[Freeswitch-docs] presenting ESL outbound + Java netty example

Hi!

I want to share working java example of connecting Freeswitch with java
using Event Socket Outbound.

Example implemented on Spring Boot (for DI and config) and Netty (for
transport), both popular and mature projects.

MIT license

It will be cool to see it in documentation, I think lots of Java developers
new to Freeswitch search examples such as this.
