[Freeswitch-docs] Anchors

Hi!

I've added an anchor for "NDLB-force-rport" in
https://freeswitch.org/confluence/display/FREESWITCH/Sofia+Configuration+Files#NDLB-force-rport
based on the information I get from
https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/anchors-139442.html, but
obviously the anchor does not work as intended. Does anyone know if
I'm doing it wrong?
