[Freeswitch-docs] TLS1.2 in OS X

I will add your comments to the OS X wiki updates when I get to them. Will do once I have FS installed on El Capitan, working on it now. There is still a problem though… No browser on these old OS Xs can connect to FS wiki, etc. to look at doc anyway.
