[Freeswitch-docs] Variables that seem to not be documented...

video_use_dedicated_encoder, applies to conferences only, allows you to
have a dedicated encoder with your own bandwidth settings.

video_mirror_input, mirrors the output resolution to match the input
resolution of the caller, applies to calls or conferences.
