[Freeswitch-docs] mod_dptools strmicroepoch

I needed to be able to view the microsecond epoch, but was only able to 
find documentation for the regular "second" epoch, strepoch:

Once I tested the strmicroepoch tool, I created the page for it under 
mod_dptools, with brief description and usage syntax here:
