[Freeswitch-docs] Channel variables page

[Bote Man]

"View in Hierarchy" affects all Confluence pages shown in the outline
control in the left pane.

The Child Pages macro used on your Variables work-in-progress page is a
different thing and has its own ordering choices.

I hope to keep the Confluence pages ordered alphabetically within there
categories unless it makes sense to put important pages near the top.

I'm confused about which is which in your message.
