Is this true?

tag 1.4.19 on 28 May, 2015

This is the recommended version to install for production systems."

 

Or have I jumped the gun in phrasing it that way on Confluence?

 

In other words, is this the recommended version for production systems
considering you're soliciting testing and bug reports on it?
