So you guys know what happened, Atlassian sees the need for 2 different
places to put access controls...
There is one place where you give people read/write access to the different
bits of Confluence, and EVEN if they have full read/write access there, if
they don¹t have the ³Can Use² (Confluence) Perm in a totally different
location you cant even login... Who comes up with this stuff....
