[Freeswitch-docs] expand vs code macro

A data point that I've observed:
the code macro automatically treats its contents as "preformatted text"
so all whitespace and newlines are preserved.

The expand macro just formats text inside the macro the same outside the
macro container. Confluence is weird about newline formatting. It hides
markup which can be erased by putting the cursor at the start of a line,
then hitting Backspace.

It also treats newlines oddly when pasted in from other sources, which
is what I suspect happened to Mario. I have not determined a reliable
workaround yet.
