[Freeswitch-docs] Install pages

I think I have finally hammered the Debian and CentOS 6 installation pages into submission. There was a legitimate complaint that,  with only the link to the Makefile that Brian prepared, users who want to customize their build had to wait for the first "automagic" pass to complete, then edit the config, and build again.

 

Now we present

package instructions

semi-automatic Makefile link

manual build instructions, restored from history and improved in the edit process

 

Hopefully this covers all the bases.
