[Freeswitch-docs] Third party application

Hi DocTeam,

In confluence, we haven't created a location where to keep documentation on
3rd party application, for example:
https://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/VoIPmonitor
https://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Billing_Solutions

Any ideas where to put those?
What about a new top menu section called "FS Addons" or "FreeSWITCH
solutions" ?
Then under this top section, we could have sub sections "Billing",
"Monitoring", "Broadcasting", "PBX", "IVR", etc...?

Thoughts?
