[Freeswitch-docs] let's erase old wiki pages

I believe the best would be to erase each and any page that has been moved,
and put instead a "this page is now at:
confluence.freeswitch.org/display/xxxx"

If we leave the page in wiki, people will use the one in wiki, and will
just hate us :).

The most important pages have been moved, btw, so more and more people will
go to confluence directly.
