<html><body style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; -webkit-line-break: after-white-space; ">does the current bridge function not work? The bridge is wrapped in the core switch_ivr_* functions which takes care of this stuff... I can't see a clear reason you would want to replace that can you describe what you're wanting to accomplish because that function does many neat and interesting things. You're basically describing ripping the core out of FreeSWITCH and replacing it with something else... Can you hope on #freeswitch on irc.freenode.net and lets talk about your need or maybe you can email me off list.<div><br></div><div>/b</div><div><br><div><div>On Feb 11, 2009, at 7:28 PM, Scott Shen wrote:</div><br class="Apple-interchange-newline"><blockquote type="cite"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="border-collapse: separate; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 12px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: auto; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-border-horizontal-spacing: 0px; -webkit-border-vertical-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-decorations-in-effect: none; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0; "><div style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-left: 0cm; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; "><font size="2" color="navy" face="Arial"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial; color: navy; ">Extend FS to suit some customized requirements, for example to create a module in C to replace “bridge” application function, I had a look on<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><span class="SpellE">mod_dptools</span>, no problem to understand that, but have no idea how session/channel/stream/settings etc are linked together, think a simple UAC might be a good reference point<o:p></o:p></span></font></div><div style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-left: 0cm; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; "><font size="2" color="navy" face="Arial"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial; color: navy; "><o:p> </o:p></span></font></div></span></blockquote></div><br></div></body></html>
