There are hundreds of ANSI SS7 docs and they put alot of work and money to make sure you can't get them via google search. Much of it is not in ITU but many ITU switch support ANSI features such as Class 5. Everyone wants SS7 but no one wants to help fund it... And to make matters worse just getting proper documentation for ANSI SS7 is not exactly a cheap endeavor. Unfortunately telecordia and crew still want to charge thousands of dollars for the docs when the ITU decided ages ago to make those available for free... In a situation like this, commercial sponsors can pool resources for certification.
