[Freeswitch-dev] unexported apr_file_unlock

Hello,

in the APR wrapper switch_file_unlock(switch_file_t *thefile) is missing.
Due to the high error setting on the compiler, the usage of 
apr_file_unlock() is not possible.

Is this by mistake?
