Is there any  parameter to set this.

my FreeSwitch run on a machine which have lots of tcp port.
port which FreeSwitch use(TCP 5060), mod_sofia can not load succ.

The spec says you must support both udp and tcp. But FS allows you to do
what you want, just uncomment the following param in the default config:

    <param name="bind-params" value="transport=udp"/>

btw, this question belongs to freeswitch-users, not -dev.
