Hello

I guess this is my introduction to this list.

>From my work I have patches for FreeSwitch which I would like to contribute.

My question is how should I submit them? What sort of patch review do
I need to undertake? Where do I send the patches? Is a `git
send-patch` to this list for a multipart patch set okay?

Specifically I have patches for the task scheduler to improve its reliability.
