[Freeswitch-dev] Garbage characters on fs_cli when doing reloadxml

I don't see garbage in out very often, but I do see fs_cli crashes fairly regularly on reloads that generate bursts of 
output. Figured they were all due to the known lack of locking/etc. in the client.
