[Freeswitch-dev] error building latest FS with branch v1.4

[Travis Cross]

Our v1.4 branch just needs to merge with latest master where this is
already handled; in particular it needs to pick commit
1c058e0f4560cf614f11c03067ceffca77c827b0.
