Hello Tobias,

Does the world really need another predictive dialer in the open-source 
world that can be abused by yet another political campaign?

If you really do need to do this please put some control in for the 
number of call per second so that the big iron in the PSTN doesn't fall 
over like it does every year near elections.
(and please don't say its time to replace the big iron,  its happening 
but it took 50+ years to build,  and will take some time to replace it)
