[Freeswitch-dev] Freeswitch rejecting streams when a=rtpmap:96 /0

I would love it if they didn't send the pointless a=, but it looks like it
may be a Cisco device that does this - and arguing with them is going to be
as useful as yelling at a rock.

It may be that it's supposed to ignore it but since it doesn't like the
format it still gets mad.
Even better would be if they didn't send a pointless a= with questionable
content in the first place.
