[Freeswitch-dev] Improve mod_local_stream playlist

Now, as I see, playlist loc file can only contains absolute paths. I
suggest one of this ways

path can be relative (e.g. relative to ${sounds_dir})
playlist can be requested using mod_curl
local_stream conf could contain playlist tag
