[Freeswitch-dev] 'make current' doesn't clean libs dirs

Noticed this while trying to test the fax support and found that mod_spandsp wouldn't load due to functions not being 
defined.

It looks like the 'make clean' and 'make modwipe' leave quite a few .o files around in the libs dirs. I'd imagine that 
most of the time, this has no impact, but when something in there changes......
