[Freeswitch-dev] mod_callcenter + XML CDR

Sometimes that the member joins to one queue but no one answer his/her
call. Assume his/her call will be hanged up with callcenter queue waiting
limitations. Is there any solution to make bold this state(hanging up) in
XML CDRs? I give name to this state 'missed calls' made from members to
callcenter and no body answer them! This is an important feature in the
callcenters. Thanks.
