Best guess is that you've got more than one sort of DTMF detection enabled -
first suggestion would be to make sure that you've inband detection turned
off and that you're just using RFC2833.

I'm suffering from dtmf "double digit" problem for incoming calls that
destined to IVR on my FS. Can any one please help this issue..
