The "loss of signal" indicator is a very low level indication that there is
sudden disconnection, but the T1/E1 standard has a timer to indicate red
alarm, 4 seconds sounds about right top off my head. However 20 seconds to
recover from red alarm is too much. Please contact techdesk at sangoma.com to
have a support engineer take a closer look at your problem.
