This inquiry would be more appropriate on the regular FreeSWITCH users
list.  This list should be used for discussion relating to FreeSWITCH
*development*.

They're doing something in Python that parses the Twillio XML and
drives the call with FreeSWITCH (I think).  That might be a good
starting place.  Licensed under the MPL (again, I think).
