[Freeswitch-dev] unable to access jira

Same here for me.
bkw_ mentioned in the channel the other day that it has problems
because Jira/Fisheye use so much memory, thanks to Java. Currently
it's running in a VM but he's got some dedicated hardware on the way
that should sort it out.
