[Freeswitch-dev] Epoch current time difference

CDR are the leading reason we have monotonic support.  If you change the
time in the middle of a call to yesterday, then that call will report it
was 1 day long.

However, the monotonic clock support is only used in UNIX anyway so if you
are in WIN you are not using it.
There is a switch for windows to turn it on but I don't know if its the
same thing as what we do in unix.
