for using fs and icecast, i do:
with record application, or conference:
shout://michael:collin@10.100.0.1:8000/stream.ogg where stream.ogg is 
the stream format, and michael is the source username and collin is the 
source password, and 10.100.0.1 is the icecast Server Ip Address
working very well
