[Freeswitch-dev] Building Linux Centos Installation Package(s)

As far as I can tell, Centos does not have "checkinstall".  I think it uses
RPM.  Does Freeswitch include RPM package generation (perhaps a spec file)?
I do not see a spec file for this.

Does centos have "checkinstall" like Debian/Ubuntu?
Checkinstall is great and builds a package that works on another system with
the same version of distribution.
