[Freeswitch-dev] double re-register problem (machine avaible)

Greetings
 
I have the same problem reported in http://jira.freeswitch.org/browse/SFSIP-143.
I am running FS (rev 13424) on Windows and I trying register FS on Siemens HighPath 3000.
 
I have avaible on public IP the Siemens 3000 to debug, to reproduce and may be fix issue SFSIP-143 still open. 
 
I am begining with FreeSWITCH and i don't have skills yet to find the problem.
