No. I would expect FS to accept any number of endpoints defined in that group, and any of those endpoints leaves the conference will terminate the conference.

IIRC, group_call connects to a single endpoint. That is, it dials a
group but whoever answers "wins" and the other phones stop ringing. Is
that what you are thinking?
