[Freeswitch-dev] Force voicemail number in the standard voicemail greeting

The only point of the mailbox attr is to provide an alternate numeric id
in case your regular id is non-numeric

so

<user id="polycom501" mailbox="1000">

or just the logical and simple and most gratifying:

<user id="1000">

as for the other thing on latest trunk try setting the variable
voicemail_alternate_greet_id
either in the user object or in the dialplan to override which id the auto
greeting reads back.
