[Freeswitch-dev] Force voicemail number in the standard voicemail greeting

I see your point, but a user shouldn't need to know about E.164. For
consistency I want the mailbox names to be in E.164 format. Whenever
someone calls voicemail they should hear the local format which is set
from a channel variable.

I can probably make a patch, but I need to know where in the code to
change this. I've been looking through mod_voicemail.c but I'm not
getting any smarter.
