I am going to use sangoma modules for PSTN connectivity. I think I don't
need asterisk in this scenario.
Microsoft Mediation server <---------->FreeSwitch with Sangoma Modules
installed.
SIP over TCP/TLS <--------------->TDM

That works right ?
