Simon,
I think this question will be properly addressed next week when Anthony,
Mike, and Brian all get back home from ClueCon and get back into the
swing of things. My guess is that there is an unwritten policy
somewhere, probably between Anthony's ears, so maybe we need to get it
formalized. As usual, I will volunteer to assist with putting it down
in writing if need be.
