[Freeswitch-dev] sofia DB tables - missing indexes

We do not have in-depth documentation on the sql statements but the way they
are used for registration id more or less selecting the contact based on
either the callid or the to and from fields, the same with the
subscriptions.
The other presence stuff is a little more involved but we do not have a
detailed description.
