SIP-T is a slightly different SIP stack, since it contains extra
elements that were stripped from the H.323 -> SIP development cycle,
they then realized they needed some of this (like ani2 for example)
and made SIP-T to add it back in.
I have brought this up a year ago and at that time emphasis was not on
doing anything more than regular SIP. Testing it for compliance is
also going to be more difficult since so few products that people have
access to implement it.
sip-t rfc http://www.wu-wien.ac.at/manuals/rfc/rfc3372.txt (like that
means anything if sip, rfc2833, rfc4733, etc are gauges)
As for MGCP that has been discussed and I believe that someone
somewhere is working or at least seriously thinking about working on
it. Rumors abound though.
