Hi Brian,
Thanks for a quick reply. The md5sum on my computer matches with that on yours. untar still fails on my computer which is running Solaris 8 on x86. I have ample disk space. This is where is fails (last three lines):
x freeswitch_snapshot/src/mod/event_handlers/mod_event_test/.svn/text-base, 0 bytes, 0 tape blocks
x freeswitch_snapshot/src/mod/event_handlers/mod_event_test/.svn/text-base/mod_event_test.c.svn-base, 4252 bytes, 9 tape blocks
tar: directory checksum error

The tarball works fine here. I just downloaded it and unpacked it
without a single error. Can you provide me the md5sum for the
tarball you have?
