[Freeswitch-dev] error while loading shared libraries

Obviously the dynamic link library is missing, by default this file is
located at /usr/local/freeswitch/lib/ folder, check that folder and its
contents, make sure that the file exists and all the files in this folder
have execute permissions for the user who will run freeswitch server. The
possible cause of the problem is failure of make or make installall command
while compiling / linking freeswitch software.
