[Freeswitch-biz] FUSF Advisor?

Hi folks. I run a small calling card, based financially in the USA and with
most of my carriers operating legally out of the USA.

I do not have a FUSF filing ID, and therefore many (but not all??) of my
carriers pass through the FUSF fees.
(One of which is a whopping 33.3% extra: FUSF 25% + State 8.3% = 33.3%
Total Combo of state, local, and federal taxes.)

As a "small" carrier, I see that de-minimis companies don't pay part of the
fees. So perhaps I don't have to pay as much as I'm being made to pay?
I don't quite grok most of the terminology on the instructions

Any recommendations for someone who can help me figure out if I should file
myself to lower my fees?
